  • “I’m impressed on both how quick and professional the delivery team were. Having been told of the nightmares when the original device was deployed by another company, with weeks of mistakes and uncertainty, I was prepared for several hours of stripping and rebuilding.

    Thankfully that wasn’t the case. An assessment of the site was made by the delivery crew and 15 minutes later the new printer was upstairs, while the old one was taken downstairs and put on the back of the delivery vehicle.

However, Tony Metcalf and Alan Reddecliff took it upon themselves to totally take over the unpacking and transporting of the machines from the car park to the labs whilst I dealt with the assembly in the labs – actually they helped with part of that as well!

    I know the lads are employed to carry out this type work but I feel their extra input should be commended. Their professionalism and respect for the high value equipment was well noted by myself and by my customer and without these two guys the install could have been in disarray. They obviously work well together, are great team players within your company and do a mighty fine job!”
